Havering Business Education Partnership (HBEP) is not for profit, social enterprise which exists to help young people develop their employability and entrepreneurial skills trough structured 'work related learning' activities.

HBEP brings together everyone living and or working in Havering to participate in education business link activities. We ask employers, employees, the wider community, university, college and school students to volunteer their support to help young people from 5 to 19, to develop their personal and employability skills.

This website gives you an overview of some of the many programmes and activities we run for business and education in Havering. There are many more and HBEP will always try to tailor make activities to suit individual needs.

In the last 12 months we have

  • worked with all secondary schools in Havering.
  • placed over 3,500 students in work experience placements.
  • engaged over 2,000 students in Work Related Learning activities and conferences.
  • worked with over 1,500 local employers.
  • placed 25 teachers into business on Professional Development Placements.
