Havering Business Education Partnership (HBEP) is a 'not for profit' company (limited by guarantee) which exists to help young people aged from 5 to 19 to develop their personal, employability and entrepreneurial skills. We do this be delivering and brokering work related learning activities.

Education Business Links

HBEP brings together all sections of those living and / or working in Havering to participate in education business link activities. We ask employers, employees, the wider community, university, college and school students to volunteer their support to young people.

Eight Key Programmes

This website gives you an overview of some of the many programmes and activities we run for business and education in Havering. HBEP will always try to tailor make activities to suit individual needs. Our eight Key Programme Areas are:

In the last 12 months we have:

• worked with all secondary schools in Havering.
• placed over 3,300 students in work experience placements.
• engaged over 4,000 students in Work Related Learning activities and conferences.
• worked with over 1,400 local employers.
• placed over 50 teachers into business on Professional Development Placements.
